1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry (e.g., engraved or special sizing) may require additional processing time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Origin

  • All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China to customers worldwide.

  • This ensures each piece of Luma Moissanite jewelry is shipped fresh from production, offering factory-direct quality and pricing.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide and work with reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.): 7–15 business days

  • Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.): 10–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

⚠️ Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

  • Orders under $100 USD will be charged a flat shipping fee of $8.9 USD.

  • Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.

  • Luma Moissanite is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Shipping Address Policy

  • Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped. If you need to update your address, please contact us before your order is dispatched.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • All shipments are insured. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lumamoissanite.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos of damaged items or packaging to process claims.

9. Delivery Confirmation

  • A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value jewelry orders.

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, carriers may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local pickup center.

10. Restrictions

  • Due to import regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is restricted, you will be notified during checkout.
